What is Elite 250 Plan?
Through this Plan, SEAC is planning to launch “Private Equity Plan.”
Each equity is worth Rs.10.00 Lac. The company will provide 1500 sq.ft. in its Seac City project, as benefit to the Equity holder. The investor, if wishes to be benefited by selling the given plot, as on today’s cost, can sell at the current price of Rs.10.00 Lac or at the rate of Rs.500/-to Rs.1000/-per sq.ft. after 3 Years. The Company is further giving an option that, investor can sell equity, to the promoter of the Company, in installments, during a span of 1to 4 Years. The company and its promoter can enter into an agreement for that.
What is Seac City?
Seac City is an ultratech, well planned, Satellite township, under construction, having 6250 plots of different sizes, during the first Phase of construction in approx.280 Acres of land, with 140 Acres of open Area, and situated only 5 minutes away from International Airport Bhopal. In this Project, Elite 250 Plan is available only for 250 people, on first-come first-serve basis.
